Shipping policy

All orders with standard / normal shipping methods selected will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking details when your order has shipped.

Orders with priority shipping will be shipped on the same day if the order confirmation email is received before 12 noon EST. Any orders with priority shipping made after 12 noon EST will be shipped the next business day.

 



Shipping Rates, Estimates and Methods

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination city and country.  Free shipping is applicable to only US orders. However, a $6.99 charge will be applicable on all US and global orders for mandatory signature upon delivery. 

We offer international shipping to all countries around the world except Japan as we sell in that region through a distributor.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FusionTLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We currently use UPS, USPS and DHL to ship orders locally within the US and internationally.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fusiontlc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
